If you have a hypotenuse, then you must have a right triangle. You can use the Pythagorean theorem.
a2 + b2 = c2
where a and b are the two legs and c is the hypotenuse. To find the missing leg, solve for either a or b.
a = √(c2 - b2)
where:
c = 15
b = 12
Then the perimeter of the triangle is
Perimeter = a + b + c
