First of all whether something is statistically significant only makes sense with respect to some hypothesis. You haven't provided what the hypothesis is.
If your hypothesis is specific to that one question, clearly a sample size of 2 is too small.
If you are defining say if a chart meets quality standard based on 8 of the 10 questions meeting some criterion, you have somewhat meaningful sample size of 30.
Still, you need to first come up with some hypothesis before you can test it for statistical significance.
