If an object is projected upward with an initial velocity of 127 ft per sec, its height h after t seconds is h=−16t^2+127t. Find the height of the object after 5 seconds. Simplify answer

Substitute t = 5 into

 

h(t) = -16t² + 127t 

 

and evaluate.  The answer will come out in feet for t in seconds.
