1, first part, is the future, e.g., I would not have enough money if I spent it all today.
1, second part, is the past, e.g., I would not have had enough money if I spent it all last week.
NB., just because you have not seen it, does not mean it does not exist.
It is called the "past perfect" tense.

Thank you! Your examples helped clarify the confusion! I noticed you used "spent" when would was used in the first example. I'm assuming that 'would' takes the past form of verb? Always?
