I m a writer who is trying to remember the name of a classical style of art. It involves many scenes taking place on a single canvas. Dozens of people in various clusters, doing different activities ... eating, fighting, bargaining, playing, sleeping ... all in the same painting. I know there s a name for this style but I can t think of it.
