you are given a triangle with 2 sides and the angle between them
use the law of cosines
a^2 = b^2 + c^2 - 2 b c cos a
a^2 = 36 + 25 - 2 x 6 x 5 x cos 15
a = 1.75 miles from the stopping point to her home
