1. (12^a^5)/(6a) has no simplification;
however, if it is supposed to be:
((12^a)^5)/(6^a) = (12^5)^a/6^a
= (12^5/6)^a
= 41472^a
2. You did it right, if the a is supposed to be an x.

(a^2 b^2 c)/(a b c) = a^(2-1) b^(2-1) c^(1-1) = a b
( ( ( (a^2)^(mb) )^m)^(+1) )/(a^(mb))
= ( ( a^(2mb) )^m)/(a^(mb))
= a^(2bm^2)/(a^(mb))
= a^(2bm^2–mb)
