Use completing the square to solve the equation. x^2 -10x -4 = 0

I know how to solve using the quadratic formula but I don't know how to set it up by completing the square.

I know the answer is 5 - √29, 5 + √29 because I used the quadratic formula to solve.  I don't get how you get that with completing the square.
