In general, the volume of a prism can be calculated by multiplying base area by height. For example, the volume of a rectangular prism (a box) is the length times width times height, but the length times width is just another way of saying base area.
So, for this problem, just multiply the base area times height: 20 * 4 = 80 cubic feet.
