how to open hard drive which is hidden in my computer ??

how to open hard drive which is hidden?? i tried to open it from : my computer>organise>folder and search options>view>show hidden files, folders and drive(didnt worked).., and also i tried by going to disk management there i found my folder name which was hidden i tried to open but it couldnt open(shows option of open with white text) please help me to open hard drive give me some ways of how to open it and to display on my computer with required content.

If you know any of the individual file names, try searching that instead of the folder name. You might get lucky, but don't bet on it!
