I have 4 test that count as all of my grade, but one with the lowest grade gets dropped. I have received 60% on the last 3. What do I need to get on the last and fourth test to receive a 70% in that clas

So you are going to drop one of the 60%

The average is

(0.60 + 0.60 + 0.60 + t) / 4 = 0.70
