Hi Cindy,
Let the base angle be x degrees.
Then, the third angle is 2x + 12
Since this is an isosceles triangle, the other base angle is also x degrees.
Their sum must be equal to 180 degrees since it is a triangle.
180 = x + x + (2x + 12)
180 = 4x + 12
168 = 4x
x = 42 degrees is the base angle
2*42 + 12 = 96 degrees is the third angle
