The time of her second race is the greater (longer)--which is, of course, less desirable than the faster first run.

 

They're both 15 seconds plus a little bit; the first race was one hundred sixty three thousands of a second over 15 seconds, while the second race was 240 thousandths over 15 seconds(and thus GREATER).
