No. Bacteria are not absorbed, they can grow if the right conditions are met but substances cannot just absorb bacteria from the air.

You're welcome. Macro particles getting adsorbed is different from getting absorbed. Dirt, tiny insects , or any kind of debris getting sort of seived or filtered through orbeez would not be the same as anything absorbing bacteria.
Now the question , whether orbeez can act as an adsorbant , that too is very questionable and in my opinion ...NO.
