how does one create an appropriate simple slopes table?

I have run a simple slopes analysis and now need to place the results in a table, and could use some assistance in what the table looks like.

Your question is too vague, because we don't know what the function (graph) is, presuming that it has different slopes at different places. It sounds like a problem in Calculus...but maybe you have in mind simply analysis of various functions such as y = 0.1x or y = 2x or y = -0.35x

 

You need to shed some light on this.
