Is getting a certificate of achievement in Computer Networking Academy — CCNA and in Computer Information Systems - Web Development worth it? Like will I get any jobs and what kind of jobs?

I suggest that you do research, relative to the institution that offers these courses. You can ask for references, and pursue them, and ask for job placement info, and after identifying likely firms that would hire or have hired graduates of these certification courses, consult with them.

 

Ask yourself, also, whether working with computers 8 straight hours a day, 40 hours a week, year after year, is likely to be attractive and soul-satisfying.
