This is a classic "two equation, two varibale substitute and solve problem. 
 
So let Neel's age be Y
His brother's age will be X
 
So we know that 4X=Y
Also we know that X+Y=25
 
Plug 4X in for Y
 
X+4X=25 -----> 5X=25 -----> X=5
 
Plug this back into the first equation
 
4X=Y -------> (4)(5)=Y ----> Y=20
