2,12,22,32 a4=32=4th term of an AP with common difference = 10
as a GP r=10 is inconsistent with a1=2 and an=32
GP would be 2,20,200,2000, ... if r=10, and a1=2 There is no an=32
an=a1(r^(n-1)
32 =2(10^(n-1))
16 =10^(n-1)
log16 = n-1
n = log16 +1 = about 2.2
then 32 = the 2.2th term, which doesn't really make sense
