I respectfully ask you to substitute the various arguments into the expression defining function f to get all of your answers.
f(a+h) will be -4(a+h)2 + 2(a+h) and you just use your algebra skills to square the binomial (be sure you get a trinomial!) and then distribute throughout, and collect like terms.
