Hello,
Is the question (2x)3 + 23x? You had a space between the 2 and the 3 at the end- I'm not sure if that is a 23 or if you are missing something there.
Anyway, remember the order of operations: Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally:
Do Parentheses first, then Exponents, then Multiplication/Division and then Addition/Subtraction last.
So you would start with the parentheses: 2x times 3 = 6x. Then add 6x + 23x = 29x. :)
