Aubrey and Isabella are both riding their bikes in the same direction on the same road. At 11 am Aubrey is 7 miles ahead of Isabella. Aubrey covers 1 mile in 6 minutes and Isabella covers 3 miles in 12 minutes. At what time will Isabella catch up to Aubrey?

Isabella bikes at 15 mph
