How do I contact my tutor? i have registered a payment method and can't access him

I need assistance from Wyzant in contacting a tutor. I identified a good tutor, contacted him, and got a response. I registered with a payment method. Now, despite pressing "reply" on my first response from the tutor, I cannot connect with him.

I'm sure there is a simple solution you can immediately give me. Your website is not set up to assist customers!

Sounds like a technology glitch. If it's still not responding, you can call customer service at 877 299 2681 and they'll sort it out for you. Good luck!
