The probability that she gets a ride 3 times in a 5-day work week is  XXXXXX,

and the probability that she gets a ride at least 2 times in a 5-day workweek is YYYYY .

What is XXXX and YYYY??

n = number of trials
x = number of successes
n – x = number of failures
p = probability of success in one trial
q = 1 – p = probability of failure in one trial

 

and

yyyyyy=1-(probabiltiy for not getting a ride)⁵

yyyyy=1-(0.3)^{5  =0.99757}
