What were the Japanese Monetary Policies in 1978?

Hello everyone, i have a presentation under the title of " Japanese Monetary Policy in 1978 ", but i can't seem to find any useful info. All what i found for now is that Bank of Japan successfully faced the second oil crisis back in the 70's due to TIGHTENED MONETARY POLICIES, i can't find what were those policies that bank of japan did. I also researched more but can only find only general details or secured-paid-downloadable PDF files, and not what i'm searching for, i need specific details. Any useful info about this subject is more than appreciated.

Hi Omar, I am not expart for a monetary policies by Japan Bank. But I went to through the survey monthly report page in 1978 at Japan Bank, as you mentioned there are the PDF link by a month.
