The smallest prime over 24 is 29 so j = 29
The largest under 100 is 97 so c = 97
so c - j = 68

The smallest prime number greater than 24 is 29.
The largest prime number smaller than 100 is 97
j = 29
c = 97
c-j = 97 - 29 = 68
