Write 0.38 as a fraction

There's an overline on number 8 which makes it infinite.

0.38888... = 0.3 + 0.088888... = 3/10 + (1/10)(0.8888...) =
3/10 + (1/10)(8/9) = 3/10 + 8/90 = (27+8) / 90 = 35 / 90 = 7/18

N = 0.088888...
10N = 0.888....
10N - N = 0.8
9N = 0.8
N = 0.8 / 9 
N = 8/90
0.3 + 0.0888.. = 3/10 + 8/90
0.3888... = 35/90

10N=3.8888...
subtract first from second
9N=3.5
N=3.5/9
N=35/90
N=7/18
