The polar coordinates (5,π/6) represent a point that also has polar coordinates

a. (−5,−5pi/6)
b. (5,13pi/6)
c. (5,−11pi/6)
d. all of these

It seems very likely that the polar coordinate given should have been (5,pi/6) because pi followed by 6 appears to be the same as 6 pi but that does not seem likely.
