So we know that slope intercept form is y=mx+b where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept
we just need to rearrange this equation to isolate the y
start by moving the x to the other side of the equation
-9x-3y=-21
-3y=9x-21
now we want to get the y alone so divide both sides by -3
(-3y)/-3=(9x-21)/-3
y=-3x+7 or y=7-3x
