A=Vf-Vi/tf-ti solve for tf

The f's and the i's are subscripts.

A = (Vf - Vi) / (tf - ti)
A(tf - ti) = (Vf - Vi)
Atf - Ati = (Vf - Vi)
Atf = Vf - Vi + Ati

No, I know that I would have to cancel out, right? But I don't know which or how.

"Cancel" is not an algebraic operation. Divide both sides by "A."
If you are in precalculus you should know how to solve for a variable - usually learned in Algebra 1.
