If there are 10 people each making 20 calls per hour, then the total number of calls per hour is 200. That means that on average, the total number of calls per half hour is 100.
However, I don't believe there's any way to calculate the probability of you receiving a phone call, because you don't have the total sample size of how many numbers are being called.
I think you need more information to solve this problem.
