Need Tuition-Free P.Hd University across the world, no Funds to study

Hi,
I have completed my M.tech(Digital System & Computer Electronics) and also I've a work experience of 3.3years in GIS.

 

But I would like to pursue P.Hd, and I don't have Funds to pursue higher education.

 

Please suggest me a Tuition-Free University across the world because I cannot afford higher education, which should be a plus point to do a job in some Research & Development.

 

Please do the needful.

Dear M,

 

You may consider applying for a summer internships in research labs of your subject and the lab will sponsor you for tuition waiver, my department just did that for a graduate student working in our lab.
