First you need to get the
boundary:
factor out 2 from the absolute value
y < 2|x - 2|
Looking at the graph of: y = |x|;
two rays from the origin going up
at 45° angles to the right and left
Your graph is going to be a transformation of this one:
The 2 inside the absolute value will move the other
graph to the right 2 units
The 2 outside the absolute value is the stretch factor:
it will make the rays tighter to the y-axis
Since your inequality is < (with no equal sign) you will
make your rays DASHED lines
