What is the growth for -2x-3y+1=-x-4y+4?

What is the growth, also could you tell me a way to find the growth with similar problems?

Sorry I meant the growth factor, a number that you add.  I know the groth factor is "m" but there are more than one please help me!  I need this question answered before 10:45 a.m. And it's 6:46 a.m..

I still don't understand your question.  "m" is usually used to denote the slope of a line.  Did you mean the slope?  On the other hand, you reference to "the number that you add" makes me think that's wrong.
 
One standard form for the equation for a line is y = mx + b, where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept. In the problem you gave,  Y = 3x + 3,  so m = 3 and b = 3.  This means that whenever x increases 1 unit, y increases 3 units.   Does that help?
