Solving with integers

In Algebra 1 I am given the following problem:
 
Solve: 3 - |x| ≤ -4, D = {integers}

Please help me.

Since a number cannot be simultaneously ≤-7 AND ≥7 this is properly stated:
x≤-7 OR x≥7

Thank you. That's absolutely correct, Andrew M. However, the solutions to the inequality are the intervals x ≤ -7 and x ≥ 7.
