0 = 28 +24X -20y
 
6y = 10X
 
Set it up according to standard form of equation of line( aX + by =c)
  then:
     20 X - 20 Y = -28
      10 X - 6Y  = 0
   Now you can proceed with multiplying 2nd equation by -2 ,and adding 2 equations to eliminate X.
