This is called a free-body diagram.
Draw a box. That box represents the mass, or the object itself. Make sure to put a dot in the center of the box. Next, you will draw vectors using the dot as the tail of the vector. The vector represents the force applied to the mass. You will do the same for acceleration. Only that, the direction of the acceleration vector is the same as the net force vector. The net force vector will be the same direction as the larger applied force vector. This is if you have a single mass that has applied forces going in opposite directions.
I am not sure what situation you have to represent, but follow my guidelines to draw your free-body diagram.
