You are given a unit conversion : 1 Kg = 2.2 Lbs
First questions asks, What is your mass in (Kg)
Since you are on the earth, the acceleration of Gravity is 9.8 m/s^2
The formula for weight of any object is W = m*g, where W = Weight in Newtons( N )
m = Mass in (Kg)
g = Acceleration of gravity on the specific planet, Earth is
9.8 (m/s^2)
So what ever your weight is lets say 160 lbs, convert it to Kg: kg = 160lbs * ( 2.2 Kg / 1 lb ) = 352 kg which is your mass.
Answer to A) Mass = 352 Kg
Hence your weight ( W = m*g ) is (352kg) * ( 9.8 m/s^2 ) = 3449.6 Newtons
Answer to B) Weight = 3449.6 Newtons
