I need help solving this math word problem

Membership warehouse clubs offer shoppers low? prices, along with rewards of cash back on club purchases. If the yearly fee for a warehouse club membership is? $100 and the reward rate is 2?% on club purchases for the? year, then the linear equation y equals 100 - 0.02 x y=100−0.02x models the actual yearly cost of the membership? y, in dollars. Here x represents the yearly amount of club? purchases, also in dollars.

?a) Determine the actual yearly cost of the membership if club purchases for the year
are ?$2700.
?b) What amount of club purchases would reduce the actual yearly cost of the membership
to ?$43?
?c) How much would a member have to spend in yearly club purchases to reduce the
yearly membership cost to? $0?

I forgot to add this part.....
A.) The actual yearly cost of the membership if the club purchases for the year are $2700 is $_____

It's still the same answer. Blank space is just a reminder both x and y are in dollars.

This question reminds me of a Sam's club membership. If you pay 100$ for the membership and get a 2% discount on all products, x would be how much money you spend on stuff in the store and y is the membership cost minus the amount of money you saved shopping there. So, y basically tells you whether the membership is a good deal or not depending on the individual's spending habits.
