When two equations represent the same line, there are infinitely many solutions. So, the lines:
y = 3x + 6
and
y = 3x + 6
are the same line.
Putting the expression 3x + 6 on the left side:
3x + 6 = 3x + 6
This is true for any value of x (infinite number of solutions).
