Since the rate of change is constant, the function will have the single slope. This means that every point lies on the same line.
So find the slope between (-5.2, 8) and (0.1, 1.1).
slope = (1.1 - 8) / (0.1 - (-5.2))
Then once you have your slope, set up an equation using the slope, y-intercept, and coordinate point with the missing value.
slope = (1.1 - y) / (0.1 - (-3.7))
where y is the missing value.
