There is only one ace that is a heart:
Probability is 1 out of 52
If they were asking for a heart or an ace, there would be
16 cards which satisfy this restriction, therefor the
probability would be 16 out of 52; 16/52 = 4/13

My answer was for the card being a heart and an ace both,
1 out of 52.
I wrote out the second answer because that looked like what
Og thought the problem was asking when he referred to the
events being dependent. I was trying to show him that the
problem would have had OR written in it.
There is no OR in the problem, therefor it can not be assumed
that it is there.
Sometimes the wording on these problems does confuse the students.
