Pros and cons to transferring high schools between sophomore and junior year?

Question

I currently go to school with less than average academics. At this school I also play volleyball, and the coach ruins possibilities for you to play in college if she doesn't like you (she doesn't like me for any legitimate reason). I have the option of transferring high schools and am seriously considering. What are some pros and cons of transferring for your junior and senior year to a school with great academic standards and a better built volleyball program?
