If it were and odd number of numbers, you would order them from least to greatest, and take the middle number as the median.
Since it is an even number of numbers, you would order them from least to greatest, and take the average of the 2 middle numbers, and that would be the median ... so the median for this set of numbers is 5.5
The mode is the number that appears the most times in the list ... since they all appear only one, there is no mode for this set.
