I have a pattern where the grid scale is 5 squares equals 2"....what percentage do I program my copier to blow it up to in order to real size?..

I'm trying to enlarge a grid pattern from a book to real size.  I know that if the grid is 1/8" equals 1", then the percentage is 800%....but I'm stumped as how to calculate the percentage for a 5 squares = 2"....
