Under the conditions of constant temperature and pH, the enzyme reaction remains constant. The only variable under those conditions is the concentration of substrate, if substrate concentration goes down then enzyme reaction would be slower. There are certain catalysts that enhance enzyme reaction; they can be added to in vitro reactions. In vivo, they have to be added as supplements or medicines as the case may be.
