Find an equation in point-slope form of the line parallel to the line 3x-4y=-1 and containing (2,2)

This is all the information the question gives and asks me. I'm not quite sure what "point-slope" is either, but I think that if I'm looking for a parallel line the slope should be the same right ?  (3/4)
