Physics Solve formula for given variable

Solve the formula for the given variable 
S=Vot-16t^2; Vo

Unfortunately, as presented, this is one equation with three unknowns (S, vo, and t), which is two unknowns too many for a single equation.  Is there any more information that can help us figure out what S and t are?

Or do you just need to algebraically rearrange the equation to make it "vo = [something in terms of S and T]"?

I apologize.  I thought you wanted a physics solution as opposed to a mathematical one.  The solutions below have the mathematical solution covered.
