which as a conversion factor is 3 kill/ 1 xp.

 

You would then multiply this factor by the xp you'd like to achieve (so your units cancel):

If you want to know how many xp points you would get by number of kills, first you'd flip your conversion factor:

1 xp/3 kill

 

And then multiply by the number of kills:
