Hello, thank you for taking the time to post your question!
In order to solve this one you want to use the distance formula
d = sqrt[ (x2 − x1)^2 + (y2 − y1)^2]
so you want to plug in the values (23, -2) and (30, 2) for (x1, y1) and (x2, y2) and the simplify algebraically!
when I do that I end up getting d = 8.06
