Lowest Pitch...?

Question

A baritone guitar has a longer neck than a normal guitar. A mandolin has a much shorter neck than a normal guitar. When notes are played on all of the instrument’s top (thickest) string, which guitar should generally produce the lowest pitch?

In order of length (longest first): baritone, normal, mandolin.

The baritone guitar has the lowest pitch because it has the largest period of vibration, or lowest frequency.
